Request a full refund within 14 days of your original Dockset purchase. No reason required, though feedback is always appreciated.
How to ask
Email benja@vznaries.com from the address used for your order. Include your order number if you have it. We’ll submit the refund through Paddle to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few business days to show it.
Optional: What did you expect Dockset to do that it didn’t? Your answer helps us improve Dockset and isn’t required for a refund.
After a refund
Your license key may be deactivated after the refund. You should stop using Dockset and remove copies you control.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you have. It does not limit your rights when software is faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise covered by applicable law.
