1. Who we are

Dockset is made by Vznaries AS. You can contact us at benja@vznaries.com.

2. Buying Dockset

Dockset is sold as a one-time purchase. The price and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and processes payments, receipts, and returns. Dockset delivers and licenses the app. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the transaction.

3. Your license

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dockset on the number of active installations included with your purchase, on devices you own or control. Use the same license key for each installation. Each installation uses one device slot, and unlinking it frees that slot.

Activation and periodic license checks require an internet connection. Temporary connection failures have a limited offline grace period. Dockset may refuse an activation that exceeds the device limit. A license may be deactivated after a refund, chargeback, or breach of these terms. Keep your license key private and do not share, resell, or redistribute Dockset.

4. Updates and support

You can keep using the version you bought forever. Your purchase includes updates released during the first year. Updates released after that year may require a new purchase. Support is provided by email on a reasonable efforts basis.

5. Requirements

Dockset requires macOS 13 Ventura or later. You are responsible for checking compatibility before buying and for keeping a backup of anything important on your Mac.

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Dockset unlawfully, try to bypass its license controls, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute it except where applicable law expressly allows you to do so.

8. Warranty and liability

We aim to keep Dockset reliable, but software can have bugs and compatibility can change. To the extent permitted by law, Dockset is provided without promises beyond those stated here. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you buy apply to your purchase, unless a change is required by law. Norwegian law applies, without taking away mandatory protections that apply where you live.
