Calendar and Reminders

Allow access

Add Calendar or Reminders from the widget library. Open the widget, click Connect, and allow access when macOS asks.

Calendar asks for full calendar access, but Dockset only reads events. Reminders access lets you view, add, and complete reminders. If you denied access earlier, enable Dockset under the relevant app in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Choose calendars and a layout

Open the Calendar widget and click Calendars… to choose which calendars appear. The widget shows today’s upcoming events from the calendars you select.

Right-click and choose Configure widget… to select Date, Next event, Date + next event, or Date + agenda. Use Include all-day events to include them in the event display.

Join a meeting

Enable Show call button in an event layout that offers it. When an event contains a supported meeting link, the call button opens it. Dockset looks for meeting links in the event’s URL, location, and notes.

If a call button is missing, check that the event contains a meeting link and belongs to a selected calendar.

Choose a list and manage reminders

Open the Reminders widget and click Lists to choose one list or All lists. Click the circle beside a reminder to complete it; use Undo if you completed it by mistake.

Type into Add a reminder and click Add to create one. In Configure widget…, choose List, Next reminder, or Count for the Dock tile.

If a calendar or list is unavailable after moving Macs, check your accounts in Apple’s apps and select it again in Dockset.
